I am a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University – Commerce. I graduated from Clarksville High School in 2002.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and I am certified in Texas to teach all levels of music and 6-12 Spanish.
This is my 1st year teaching in Paris ISD, and I am currently teaching music at Justiss Elementary.
Prior to my position here, I taught Spanish, Music, and Band for Roxton ISD for 7 years.
I’m married and have 2 sons and 2 daughters, with another son on the way. My oldest daughter and my 2 sons are all at Paris High this year. We have a pet dog named Rico.
When I’m not at school, I spend as much time as I can with my family. I also play music in several local bands on the weekends. I’ve been music minister and organist for Paris New Generation Baptist Church for 10 years, and also play a 9:30am service for Oak Park Methodist Church. I have a busy schedule, but I do like to find time to play golf occasionally.
