My Teaching History

I graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce and recieved my teaching certificate in December of 1997. This will be my 25th year of teaching and my 18th year at Justiss. I have taught Pre-K, K, 1st, 2nd, 5th and 6th grades. This will be my first year for reading intervention and 3^rd grade ELAR. I am excited to learn some new things. I am expecting to have another great year here at Justiss. I will strive to help your child reach their full potential. I have high expectations of my students. I expect them to put forth their best effort each day as will I. I expect them to be responsible, cooperative, and productive.  If we work together we can make this a terrific year. My Family

I have been married to my wonderful husband for 28 years. We have three daughters. Our oldest daughter is married and has two boys. I love being Mamaw!  Our middle daughter just got married this past March. Our youngest daughter is in college! They sure grow up fast!
